Artistic Maintenance

Artistic Maintenance is our landscaping company. Our contract with Artistic Maintenance includes our weed abatement (cutting of the grass) which is why it looks different this year. They are finishing up their weed abatement work and working with the Burbank Fire Dept. for our inspections.

Artistic Maintenance is working to update the Castleman and Wedgewood entrances. We’re installing a bubbling/drop system with drought tolerant plants with a desset landscape design. Check out the renders in the monthly newsletter..

Irrigation maintenance: Artistic manages the irrigation and provides our community with an on-going update.

Our drains: In preparation for the rainy season, Artistic’s crew has cleared out the v-ditches so we don’t have water back-up issues.

In addition, they will be addressing key focal points in the neighborhood with new drought-tolerant plants and flowers that will beautify our streets and common areas. Make sure to say hello when you see the crew out and about!

Remember, all special landscaping or irrigation requests need to go to be entered into the Service Request button at the top right-hand corner of the page. Do not make landscaping requests with Artistic Maintenance directly. Thank you!
