Incident Report: Home Burglary
We are sorry to inform the community that we have received another report of a home burglary, this time at the residence located at 3338 Clifden Ln.
According to the homeowner, Mel Mardirossian (who was not home at the time), the burglars entered the residence sometime between Friday, October 15 at noon and Monday, October 18 at 9AM.
The intruders entered from the balcony in the homeowner’s backyard and broke the glass in the back door into her master bedroom. After they entered her home, they proceeded to break open and look through everything in her bedroom. They then broke the lock on her closet, taking an estimated $125,000+ worth of purses, belts, cash, watches and jewelry
The homeowner immediately notified the police as soon as she discovered the break-in and a police report has been filed.
The homeowner noted she has outdoor security cameras on a few sides of her home, but the intruders didn’t come from a side with a camera and she’s not sure where they came from.
She would appreciate the community’s help (specifically from homeowners behind her on Durham Ct or across from her on Clifden) in locating any security camera footage that would help in the investigation.
If you have any security footage or helpful tips about the break-in, please contact the homeowner (Mel Mardirossian), via email at: melineh55@yahoo.com or text: 818-939-5665.
