Requesting a new or replacement transponder decal is now easier than ever! Simply fill out the Transponder Decal Request form below and return along with a copy of your Drivers License (for verification purposes ONLY) and a copy of Vehicle Registration for the vehicle in question (if the vehicle is a newly purchased vehicle, a copy of the TEMPORARY registration must be submitted).

Please submit all documentation to Reagan Vitro at Powerstone (rvitro@powerstonepm.com) with the subject line “Burbank Hills Transponder Decal Request and your home address.”

Payment for your transponder decal must be received with your application. Transponder decals can be purchased for $25 each and will be added to your monthly assessment.
