Fuel Mod Plan + Update

We are working on our multi-year Fuel Modification (Fuel Mod) Plan for Burbank Hills Community that has been approved by the Burbank Fire Dept. This is a big project that will ongoing for at least four (4) years at the direction of the Burbank Fire Department. Fuel Mod work started in September 2023 .

Weed Abatement - Artistic is working on the weed abatement throughout the community and around our community. Weed Abatement is defined as the trimming and cutting of Acacia, Sumac and native plants. This is separate from the weed abatement which is defined as the cutting of the grass/brush clearance.

The recent increase to our monthly homeowner assessment will fund the Fuel Modification work, necessary and urgent now due to year of inadequate landscape maintenance.
