Monthly Assessment Billing!

As of September 1, 2023, Powerstone Property Mgt., is our new HOA management company. Please make your monthly homeowner assessment payment directly to Powerstone. Here is the link to the homeowner’s portal: Powerstone Property Mgt.

Please opt-in for emails so you can receive notices and monthly Burbank Hills Community and you can set up ACH payments by creating a homeowners account.

Bill pay users: If you’re using bill pay services to pay your homeowner assessments, please change your homeowner account number and delivery address to reflect your new account number and address. You will receive your account information on the monthly homeowner statement from Powerstone which will be delivered any day if you have not already received it.

ACH (Auto Debit) users: Please make your September 2023 payment separately. Re-enroll to continue using ACH (Auto Debit) by going to Powerstone-online payment You will need your account information when enrolling.
