Reminder: Party Rules & Regulations

We have received an increase in complaints about loud parties happening in the neighborhood at late hours and we wanted to remind homeowners that the HOA has specific guidelines in our rules & regulations related to parties. In addition, in the City of Burbank, there are not times that excessive noise is allowed.

The Burbank Police Department will respond to loud parties at any time.

All homeowners having parties must contact Powerstone Property Management company, notifying them of the date and time and relevant information pertaining to the party.

A party list must be typed and alphabetized to include any staff and company names, i.e.: rentals, caterers, musicians, etc. with approximate time of their arrival. The list must be given to the property management company if the party is over fifty (50) people, with at least a two-week notice of the party. The list will be sent via email Melissa Vitali at Powerstone mvitali@powerstonepm.com

One (1) officer is to be posted at the Guardhouse for every 200 guests. Arrangements are to be made with the Citiguard directly and costs will be billed to the homeowner.

If a parking valet is used, a $2,000,000.00 insurance binder from the company is required. The binder must name the Association as additional insured and should read as follows: Burbank Hill Community Association, Inc., its officers, agents, and employees. Copy of additional insured binder must be sent sent via email to Trey at Powerstone Property Management linda@emmonsco.net prior to the event.

Performances by musical groups will end by 12:00 a.m. in consideration for other homeowners.
